Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Chew or suck 1–2 tablets as required, ideally after meals and at bedtime for best effect.
• Do not exceed 11 tablets in any 24-hour period.
• Tablets should be chewed thoroughly before swallowing; water is not required but can be used if preferred.
