Sleep Aid 50mg Tablets – 20 Tablets is a pharmacy medicine (P) containing diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg, a sedating antihistamine used for the short-term treatment of temporary insomnia.
It helps relieve difficulty in falling asleep and may improve sleep duration. This medicine is suitable for adults and young people aged 16 years and over experiencing occasional sleeplessness.
Diphenhydramine works by causing drowsiness, helping you fall asleep more easily. It should be used for short-term, intermittent sleep disturbance only.

How to Use
Directions for Use:
- Adults and children aged 16 years and over:
- Take one tablet (50mg) with water 20 minutes before bedtime.
- Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.
- Do not use for more than 2 weeks continuously without medical advice.
If symptoms persist, consult your GP or pharmacist.
