Solgar® Vitamin D3 1000 IU (25µg) Softgels are a premium, high-strength vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) supplement in an easy-to-swallow softgel format. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that supports calcium absorption, helping to maintain healthy bones and teeth, and is commonly used to help top up vitamin D levels, especially during months with less sunlight.
Vitamin D contributes to:
- Normal function of the immune system
- Maintenance of normal bones and teeth
- Maintenance of normal muscle function
- Normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and normal blood calcium levels

How to Use
- Dosage: Take 1 softgel per day (1000 IU / 25µg vitamin D3 per softgel).
- Swallow whole with water. Taking with food can be helpful as vitamin D is fat-soluble.
Ingredients
Ingredients: Bulking agent safflower oil; softgel capsule shell: gelatin (from bovine), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), water; vitamin D3 (from fish liver oil and cholecalciferol).
Allergens: Contains fish and bovine gelatin.
