Product Overview
Fast-acting soluble pain relief with paracetamol, codeine and caffeine for the short-term relief of moderate pain when standard painkillers aren’t enough. Do not use for more than 3 days.
Description
Solpadeine Plus Soluble Tablets are an effervescent (soluble) pain relief medicine for the short-term relief of moderate pain when paracetamol or ibuprofen alone have not worked.
Each soluble tablet contains a triple-ingredient combination:
- Paracetamol 500mg (pain relief)
- Codeine phosphate hemihydrate 8mg (opioid pain relief)
- Caffeine 30mg (helps enhance the pain-relieving effect)
Suitable for short-term relief of: migraine, headache, dental pain, period pain, strains & sprains, backache, rheumatic pain and sciatica.
Important: This medicine contains codeine, which can cause addiction if taken continuously for more than 3 days. Taking painkillers too often for headaches can make headaches worse.

Always read the enclosed leaflet before use. Dissolve tablets in water before taking.

Avoid excess caffeine (e.g., coffee/tea/energy drinks) while taking this product, as high caffeine intake may cause sleep problems, shaking, or an uncomfortable feeling in the chest.
