How to Use
Adults and the elderly (18 years and over):
Take 2 tablets with water 1 hour before bedtime.
For relief of mild anxiety:
Take 2 tablets up to three times daily.

- Not recommended for use in children or adolescents under 18 years.
- If symptoms persist for more than 4 weeks, consult a healthcare professional.
