Spatone Daily Iron Shots are 100% natural iron-rich water sachets providing a gentle, easily absorbed source of iron to help support normal energy-yielding metabolism, contribute to normal immune system function and aid normal oxygen transport within the body. Directions:

• Adults & children over 2 years: 1 sachet daily.
