Sterimar Isotonic Nasal Spray 50 ml is a natural, drug-free nasal hygiene spray made from 100 % pure, micro-diffused isotonic sea water that mimics the salt concentration of the body’s own fluids, making it gentle and well-tolerated for everyday use. It is designed to gently cleanse and moisturise the nasal passages, flush out dust, pollen, allergens and other airborne irritants, and support normal nasal hygiene and breathing comfort.

The isotonic formulation helps alleviate mild congestion, dryness and irritation without the use of drugs, steroids or preservatives, making it suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age, including pregnant and breastfeeding women when used as instructed. Regular use can help maintain nasal comfort in dry environments, during allergy season or following exposure to pollutants. 

Prime the spray before first use by briefly pressing the nozzle until a fine mist is released.

• Keep your head upright (do not tilt back) and insert the nozzle gently into one nostril.

• Spray once or twice into each nostril and allow any excess solution, mucus or debris to drain out naturally.

• Blow your nose gently after application if needed.

• Use 2 – 6 times daily or as often as required to maintain nasal moisture and hygiene.

• Suitable for daily long-term use; consult a clinician or pharmacist if symptoms persist or new symptoms occur.

• Clean the nozzle after each use with warm water and dry to maintain hygiene.

• Sterile Isotonic Sea Water – a 100 % natural saline solution sourced from sea water, micro-diffused to maintain a physiological salt balance that gently cleanses and moisturises the nasal mucosa.

• Purified Water – used to adjust the solution to an isotonic concentration suitable for everyday nasal care.

This simple, preservative-free formula supports nasal hygiene without introducing drugs, steroids or artificial additives.

• For nasal use only. Do not spray into the eyes, mouth or ears. Use externally only.

• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

• The bottle contains a pressurised solution; do not puncture, expose to heat above 50 °C or leave near open flame or direct sunlight as it may burst.

• If you have recent nasal surgery, severe nasal trauma or persistent bleeding, consult a clinician before use.

• Although rare, some individuals may be sensitive to the natural sea water solution; if irritation, persistent discomfort or unusual symptoms occur, stop use and seek medical advice.
