Vicks VapoRub - 50g

Vicks VapoRub – 50g is a medicated vapour rub that provides effective relief from cough and cold symptoms, including nasal congestion, chest tightness and coughing.

When applied to the chest, throat or back, the ointment releases soothing medicated vapours containing menthol, camphor and eucalyptus oil. These vapours help relieve congestion while the warming rub action provides comforting relief, particularly at night.

Vicks VapoRub has been trusted by families for generations and is suitable for adults and children aged 2 years and over. It can also be used by inhalation for additional relief from blocked nose and congestion.

Chest & Throat Application

Adults and children aged 2 years and over:

• Rub a thick layer on the chest and throat.
• Cover loosely with warm, dry clothing if desired.
• Use up to 3 times daily, especially at bedtime.

Back Application

• Apply to the back to help provide overnight comfort.

Steam Inhalation (Adults only)

• Add 1–2 teaspoons to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water.
• Inhale the vapours carefully for 5–10 minutes.
