Directions for Use:

• Take two (2) Pregnacare Breast-Feeding tablets per day with your main meal.
• Take one (1) Omega-3 capsule per day with your main meal.
• Swallow each dose with a full glass of water or cold drink.
• Do not chew the tablets or capsules.

Administration Notes:

• Take with food to aid absorption and reduce the likelihood of stomach discomfort.
• You may start taking the supplement at any point after childbirth and continue for as long as required throughout breastfeeding and postnatal recovery.
