Westlab Bathing Salts Mindful (1kg) are a mineral bath salt blend made with Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) and Himalayan salt (sodium chloride), created for a relaxing bath ritual when you want a calmer, more centred moment.

The formula includes a natural fragrance blend (with essential oils) plus hemp seed oil and cannabidiol (CBD) to create a soothing, spa-like bathing experience and a gentle aroma in warm water.

Bath use

1. Run a warm bath (37–40°C is ideal).
2. Add 1 cup of bath salt and allow it to dissolve to create a fragrant, mineral-infused bath.
3. Dim the lights if you like and soak for at least 20 minutes.
