All the science. Without the needle.
For most people who avoid weight-loss treatment, the injection itself is the blocker. The oral form removes the needle, the fridge and the sharps routine — without changing the underlying clinical pathway.
No needles, no sharps bin
Once-daily tablet you swallow with a sip of water. No injection sites, no rotation schedule, no bins to dispose of.
No fridge required
Tablets are stable at room temperature. Keep them in a kitchen cupboard or medicine cabinet — no cold-chain logistics.
Travels with you
Goes straight into hand luggage. No cool packs, no airport conversations, no holiday routine to plan around.
Same active science
Targets the same appetite-regulating GLP-1 pathway as the weekly injection — paced over a gentle 12-week step-up.
Clinically-led, regulator-backed care.

Common questions
How is the pill different from the weekly injection?
Both contain the same active GLP-1 medicine, but the pill is taken once daily as a tablet instead of weekly as an injection. The pill needs a 30-minute fasting window first thing in the morning; the injection has no fasting rules but needs refrigeration and a sharps routine. Average weight-loss outcomes are broadly comparable.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is set per dose tier and confirmed once a prescriber approves your consultation. The clinical review is always free — you only pay if you're approved and decide to proceed.
How quickly will I see results?
Most people notice appetite changes within 1–4 weeks. Measurable weight loss usually becomes obvious from around the 5–6 week mark once the dose has stepped up. The 12-week schedule is deliberately gradual — that's what keeps side effects manageable.
What are the common side effects?
The most common are digestive — nausea, mild constipation, occasional diarrhoea — usually peaking during dose increases and easing once the maintenance dose is reached. Less common but serious effects include pancreatitis and gallbladder problems; we screen for risk factors during consultation.
What if I'm already on the injection?
Switching from the injection to the oral form is usually straightforward — take your final injection as scheduled, then start the equivalent oral dose 7 days later. We'll guide you through the exact mapping during consultation.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. All clinical data is stored under UK GDPR and held only by the pharmacist team reviewing your case. Deliveries arrive in plain, unbranded packaging — nothing on the parcel identifies the contents.
