Promethazine hydrochloride 25mg tablets — the active ingredient in Phenergan — relieve allergic reaction and hay fever symptoms such as sneezing, itching and watery eyes, and can also be used short-term for occasional sleeplessness. Each pack contains 56 tablets. Not suitable for children under 2 years. May cause drowsiness — avoid alcohol and do not drive or operate machinery. Always read the patient information leaflet.
