What’s in the pack: 4 adhesive pale-blue gel strips on a supporting sheet, in resealable sachets (2 strips per sachet).

Suitable for: Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years. Not recommended under 12.

1. Open the resealable sachet by tearing/cutting where indicated.
2. Remove one strip, then reseal the sachet by folding the top twice to stop the remaining strip drying out.
3. Peel off and discard the transparent backing film.
4. Ensure the skin is dry, then apply to the forehead. If preferred, apply to the back of the neck or temples (you can cut the strip to size).
5. Use for as long as needed (up to 6 hours), then discard. For best results, single use only.
6. It’s generally advisable to wash hands after applying/removing.

Do not use

• If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the strip or any of its ingredients.
• Over the eyes or eyelids. Avoid contact with eyes, nostrils and mouth (may cause irritation).
• On broken or irritated skin.
• In children under 12.

Possible side effects

• Intended to cause a strong cooling sensation.
• Excessive use may lead to skin irritation at the application site (redness, itching, swelling). If this happens, stop use and wash the area; use less often or for shorter periods if mild.
• Rarely, because it is volatile, it may cause temporary mild watering of the eyes.

If it gets into eyes/nose/mouth

Rinse the affected area with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
