Description
4head Headache Relief Stick – 3.6g is a topical treatment for headaches that you apply directly to the forehead. It contains levomenthol 90% w/w. When applied, it produces local skin sensations (cooling/tingling) followed by an analgesic (pain-relieving) effect.

How to Use
Always read the leaflet before use.
Use only directly on the forehead. Do not swallow.
Adults, elderly and children:
- Remove the outer cap and the small inner cap from the top of the dispenser.
- Hold the upper section and twist the base until the stick protrudes.
- Apply gently across the forehead, taking care to avoid the eyes.
- Retract the stick and replace both caps after use.
- Reapply as and when required, unless the skin sensations become too strong.
If the sensation feels too strong: use less frequently or apply over a smaller area.
If symptoms worsen, you get lots of headaches, or headaches persist: seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not use
- If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to levomenthol or any ingredient.
Important warnings
- Keep away from heat at all times. High temperatures can soften or melt the stick, risking leakage/spillage. Do not use if it has changed shape, softened or become flaky.
- Do not put in your mouth or swallow.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Do not share this product with anyone else.
Pregnancy & breastfeeding
- Can be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding; if you are pregnant and have frequent headaches, seek advice. Severe headache in pregnancy can be a sign of high blood pressure and needs urgent advice.
Possible side effects
- Rarely, irritant or allergic skin reactions on very sensitive skin.
- Rarely, temporary mild watering of the eyes (vapour/volatile effect).
- Stop using if it feels uncomfortable, or if any unwanted effects occur and seek advice.
If it gets into eyes/mouth or is swallowed
- If it contacts eyes/mouth: rinse with plenty of water; seek medical attention if irritation persists.
- If swallowed: go to A&E immediately with the leaflet; levomenthol is toxic if swallowed.
Storage
- Do not store above 25°C and keep away from heat. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
