Directions:

• Adults (18 years and over): Dissolve 1 tablet daily in a glass of water (about 200 ml).

• Preparation: Drop a tablet into water, allow it to fully fizz and dissolve, then drink immediately.

• Best taken in the morning or early afternoon to support daily alertness and energy levels.
