Kalms Day – 96 Tablets is a Traditional Herbal Medicinal Product used for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress, including mild anxiety. Its use is supported by long-standing traditional use of botanical extracts rather than modern clinical trials.

This product harnesses the calming properties of valerian root extract — a plant historically used to help soothe nervous tension during daily life’s busy moments. This pack contains 96 tablets, offering a supply suitable for short-term support when coping with everyday stressors. 

Adults & the elderly (18 + years only):

• Take 2 tablets three times a day with water after meals.
• Maximum daily dose: 6 tablets.

Usage guidance (UK pharmacy-style):

• Swallow tablets whole with water.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• This product is intended for short-term use. If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
• Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years. 

Active Herbal Ingredient (per coated tablet):

• Extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) 26 mg, equivalent to 104–130 mg of Valerian root; extraction solvent: ethanol 60% v/v.

• Extract: Maltodextrin, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica
• Core: Hops Extract, Acacia (spray-dried), Icing Sugar, Magnesium Stearate, Maize Starch, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Stearic Acid
• Coating: Acacia (spray-dried), Calcium Carbonate (light), Carnauba Wax, Talc, Sucrose, Titanium Dioxide (E171), Yellow Beeswax.

Tablet form: White, circular sugar-coated tablets.

Who should not use this product

• Under 18 years.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice.
• Individuals allergic to any ingredient.
• Those already taking medicines for stress, anxiety or sleep-inducing medication.

Possible side effects
