Berocca Mango Effervescent Tablets are a daily multivitamin and mineral food supplement formulated to help support your body’s energy release from food, normal mental performance, immune function and reduction of tiredness & fatigue. Directions:

• Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 1 effervescent tablet daily.

• Preparation: Drop one tablet into a glass (approx. 200 ml) of water, allow it to fully dissolve and fizz, then drink immediately.

• Timing: Best taken in the morning or early afternoon to help support energy and focus throughout the day.
