Colgate Total® Pro Gum Health Interdental Floss 25m is designed to help you achieve a more complete clean by removing plaque and food debris from between teeth and along the gumline, where a toothbrush can miss. Used daily, flossing supports gum care and helps reduce the risk of tooth decay by targeting hard-to-reach spaces.

1. Break off about 45cm of floss and wind most around one middle finger, the rest around the other middle finger.
2. Hold the floss taut between thumbs and forefingers.
3. Guide gently between teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping into the gums.
4. Curve into a C-shape against one tooth and slide gently under the gumline.
5. Move up and down to clean the tooth side, then repeat on the adjacent tooth surface.
6. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth space and discard after use.

Routine tip: Use once daily (often best at night), then brush with fluoride toothpaste.
