Daktarin Aktiv Cream - 15g

Daktarin® Aktiv Cream 15g is an effective antifungal cream used to treat a wide range of fungal skin infections while relieving associated symptoms such as itching, redness, soreness and irritation.

The cream contains miconazole nitrate, a clinically proven antifungal medicine that works by stopping the growth of fungi and yeasts responsible for infection. It is suitable for treating common conditions including athlete’s foot, ringworm, sweat rash and fungal infections of the groin or body.

Daktarin® Aktiv Cream has a smooth, easy-to-apply formulation that absorbs well into the skin, making it suitable for everyday use as part of a complete antifungal treatment plan.

• Wash and thoroughly dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin and surrounding area.
• Use twice daily, morning and evening, unless otherwise directed.

Continue treatment for the full recommended course:

• Athlete’s foot: 2–6 weeks
• Ringworm and other fungal infections: 2–4 weeks

Continue using the cream for at least 7 days after symptoms have cleared to help prevent recurrence.

If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a pharmacist or GP.

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.
• Do not use if you are allergic to miconazole nitrate or any of the other ingredients.
• Discontinue use if severe irritation, redness or an allergic reaction occurs.

Possible side effects may include mild burning, stinging, itching or redness at the site of application. These effects are usually mild and temporary.

If there is no improvement after the recommended treatment period, or if the infection keeps returning, seek medical advice.
