Difflam Lemon Lozenges 3 mg – 20 Lozenges are medicated throat lozenges designed to provide fast, local relief from sore throat pain and inflammation. They contain benzydamine hydrochloride, a locally acting anti-inflammatory analgesic that treats pain and swelling at the source rather than simply masking symptoms.

As each lozenge dissolves slowly in the mouth, the active ingredient is released directly to the affected area, helping to reduce throat pain, redness and swelling, and making swallowing more comfortable. The Lemon flavour offers a soothing, pleasant taste, ideal when the throat feels sore or irritated.

Difflam lozenges are suitable for short-term use in adults and children aged 6 years and over, and are commonly used for sore throats caused by infections, colds, flu, voice strain or irritation.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 1½–3 hours as required.

Children aged 6–12 years:

• Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 1½–3 hours, under adult supervision.

Maximum dose:

• Do not exceed 8 lozenges in 24 hours.
