Fybogel Sachets Lemon - 30 Sachets

Fybogel® Sachets Lemon is a gentle, bulk-forming fibre laxative used to relieve constipation and help maintain regular, healthy bowel movements.

It contains ispaghula husk, a natural source of soluble fibre that works by absorbing water in the bowel. This increases stool bulk, softens stools and encourages the bowel to function more naturally. Fybogel® is particularly suitable for people who should avoid stimulant laxatives and for those needing a gentle, non-habit-forming option.

The lemon-flavoured granules dissolve in water to create an easy-to-take drink, suitable for short-term constipation relief or ongoing fibre supplementation.

Key features:

• Empty one sachet into a glass.
• Add at least 150ml of cold water.
• Stir well and drink immediately.
• Follow with another glass of water if needed.

Dosage (unless otherwise advised):

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet morning and evening
• Children 6–12 years: ½–1 sachet once daily

Do not take immediately before bedtime. Ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day.
