It contains ispaghula husk, a natural source of soluble fibre that works by absorbing water in the bowel to soften stools and promote regularity. Fybogel® helps the bowel work naturally and is suitable for people who should avoid stimulant laxatives.
This case of 2 provides a total of 60 orange-flavoured sachets, ideal for ongoing fibre supplementation or regular management of constipation, including where stools are hard, dry or difficult to pass. The pleasant orange flavour makes it easy to take daily.

How to Use
- Empty one sachet into a glass.
- Add at least 150ml of cold water.
- Stir well and drink immediately.
- Follow with another glass of water if needed.
Dosage (unless otherwise advised):
- Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet morning and evening
- Children 6–12 years: ½–1 sachet once daily
Do not take immediately before bedtime. Ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day.
