Infacol Colic Relief Drops - 85ml

Infacol Colic Relief Drops 85ml are an oral anti-flatulent treatment used to help relieve the symptoms of infant colic and trapped wind, such as excessive crying, abdominal discomfort and bloating.

The drops contain simeticone, which works by breaking down small gas bubbles in the baby’s digestive system into larger ones, making them easier to pass. This helps reduce pressure and discomfort associated with wind. Simeticone is not absorbed into the body and works locally in the gut.

Infacol Colic Relief Drops are sugar-free, alcohol-free and colour-free, and are suitable for use from birth. They are commonly recommended in pharmacy practice as a first-line option for wind-related colic, particularly in young infants.

Dosage:

• Infants: 0.5ml (one dropperful) before each feed

How to give:

• Administer directly from the dropper onto the back of the baby’s tongue before feeding
• Alternatively, it may be mixed with a small amount of milk before a feed

• Use with every feed for best results
• Shake the bottle well before use
• Suitable for breast-fed and bottle-fed babies
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• If symptoms persist after several days of regular use, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
