Description
Lemsip Cold & Flu Lemon – 10 Sachets is a popular cold and flu remedy designed to relieve a range of common symptoms in one comforting hot drink.
It helps relieve:
- Fever and raised temperature
- Headache
- Aches and pains
- Sore throat discomfort
- General cold and flu symptoms
Each sachet contains paracetamol, which helps reduce pain and fever, while the warm lemon-flavoured drink soothes the throat and provides comfort when you are feeling unwell.
Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, Lemsip Cold & Flu is intended for short-term use during colds and flu.
How to Use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
- Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug.
- Add hot (not boiling) water, stir well and drink while warm.
- Repeat every 4–6 hours as required.
Maximum dose:
- Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.
UK pharmacy-aligned guidance:
- Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
- Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time necessary.
- If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, worsen or are severe, seek medical advice.
- Always read the enclosed Patient Information Leaflet before use.

- Contains paracetamol. Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products.

- Have severe liver disease.
- Are under 12 years of age.

Possible Side Effects
Like all medicines, Lemsip Cold & Flu can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. These may include:
