Lemsip Max All-In-One Lemon – 8 Sachets is a maximum-strength cold and flu remedy designed to provide fast, effective relief from multiple symptoms in one convenient hot drink.

It helps relieve:

• Fever and raised temperature
• Headache
• Aches and pains
• Sore throat discomfort
• Blocked or stuffy nose

The formulation combines paracetamol for pain and fever relief with phenylephrine hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that reduces swelling in the nasal passages to ease congestion. The warming lemon-flavoured drink helps soothe while delivering powerful symptom relief.

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, Lemsip Max All-In-One is intended for short-term use during colds and flu.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug.
• Add hot (not boiling) water, stir well and drink while warm.
• Repeat every 4–6 hours as required.

Maximum dose:

• Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.

• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol.
• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time necessary.
