Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Blackcurrant – 5 Sachets is a maximum-strength cold and flu remedy designed to provide fast and effective relief from a wide range of symptoms in one convenient hot drink.

It helps relieve:

• Fever and raised temperature
• Headache
• Aches and pains
• Sore throat discomfort
• Blocked or stuffy nose

The formulation combines paracetamol for pain and fever relief with phenylephrine hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that helps reduce swelling in the nasal passages, easing congestion and making breathing easier. The warming blackcurrant-flavoured drink also helps soothe and comfort when you are feeling unwell.

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, Lemsip Max Cold & Flu is intended for short-term use only.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug.
• Add hot (not boiling) water, stir well and drink while warm.
• Repeat every 4–6 hours as required.

Maximum dose:

• Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.

UK pharmacy-aligned guidance:

• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol.
• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time necessary.
