Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Blackcurrant - 10 Sachets

Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Blackcurrant – 10 Sachets is a maximum-strength cold and flu remedy designed to relieve multiple symptoms in one dose. When dissolved in hot water, it forms a soothing blackcurrant-flavoured drink that helps you feel more comfortable during cold and flu illness.

The formulation contains paracetamol for relief of fever, headache, sore throat and body aches, combined with phenylephrine hydrochloride, a decongestant that helps relieve a blocked or stuffy nose. The warming drink format provides additional comfort when you are feeling unwell.

Lemsip Max is suitable for adults and young people aged 16 years and over and is intended for short-term use.

Adults and young people aged 16 years and over:

• Empty the contents of 1 sachet into a mug.
• Add hot (not boiling) water.
• Stir until dissolved and drink while warm.

Dose:

• Take 1 sachet every 4–6 hours as required.

Maximum dose:

• Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.

UK pharmacy-aligned guidance:

• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• Do not take with any other products containing paracetamol.
• If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, worsen, or are accompanied by severe symptoms, seek medical advice.

Warnings & Precautions

• Contains paracetamol. Do not exceed the stated dose.
• Do not take with other paracetamol-containing medicines.
• Contains sugar; people with diabetes should take this into account.

Do NOT take this medicine if you:

• Are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any other ingredient.
• Have severe liver or kidney disease.
• Have severe high blood pressure or heart disease.
• Are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them in the last 14 days.
• Are under 16 years of age.

Possible Side Effects
