Milton Sterilising Tablets 28 are an effective cold water sterilisation solution designed for use on baby bottles, teats, soothers, breast pump parts and other feeding accessories. Each tablet dissolves in cold water to create a sterilising solution that has been trusted by parents, midwives and healthcare professionals for more than seven decades.

Once dissolved in cold water, each tablet helps to kill 99.9% of germs including bacteria, viruses and fungi, helping to reduce the risk of infection and maintain high standards of hygiene for your baby’s feeding equipment. The solution remains effective for up to 24 hours, and items can be used straight away without rinsing.

Directions for use:

1. Thoroughly clean items with warm soapy water before sterilising.
2. Prepare a sterilising solution: dissolve one Milton tablet in about 5 litres of clean cold water.
3. Ensure all feeding items are fully submerged in the solution with no trapped air.
4. Leave items in the solution for at least 15 minutes to sterilise.
5. After sterilisation, items can be removed and used directly without rinsing.

Important usage advice:

• Replace the sterilising solution every 24 hours to maintain effectiveness.
• Store tablets in a cool, dry place with the packet sealed.
• Use clean, potable water for preparation of the solution.

Milton Sterilising Tablets are formulated with an antimicrobial active ingredient that enables cold-water sterilisation.

• Troclosene Sodium (sodium dichloroisocyanurate) – acts as a chlorine-releasing agent to kill germs.

Other components:

Tablet excipients required to stabilise the formulation and ensure rapid dissolution in water.
