Description
Mintec® Peppermint Oil Capsules are an antispasmodic herbal medicine used to help relieve the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Each capsule contains enteric-coated peppermint oil, which works by relaxing the muscles of the bowel. This helps to reduce painful spasms, easing common IBS symptoms such as:
- Abdominal pain and cramps
- Bloating and trapped wind
- Changes in bowel habit associated with IBS
The enteric coating ensures the capsule passes through the stomach intact and releases peppermint oil directly in the intestine, helping to minimise stomach irritation and improve effectiveness.
This 84-capsule pack is suitable for ongoing symptom management when used as directed and is ideal for people experiencing recurrent IBS symptoms.
