NeilMed NasaMist Saline Nasal Spray – 75 ml is a pH-balanced, isotonic saline nasal spray designed to gently moisturise, soothe and maintain the health of nasal passages. It delivers a fine, sterile mist that helps keep mucous membranes moist, which supports natural nasal function and comfort during symptoms associated with cold and flu, sinus irritation, allergies (including hayfever), post-nasal drip, rhinitis and general nasal dryness or congestion.

This drug-free, preservative-free saline spray can be used by adults and children from 1 year of age (with appropriate application technique) to lubricate dry nasal passages, ease breathing and help clear irritants such as dust, pollen, fumes, animal dander and environmental pollutants.

Standalone saline sprays like NasaMist are often recommended as a first-line, non-medicated option for daily nasal care, particularly when dryness or mild congestion occurs.

Before use, shake the bottle gently to ensure even delivery of the saline solution.

• Insert the spray nozzle into one nostril while closing the other, then press the actuator gently to deliver the fine mist.

• Repeat in the other nostril.

• Use as often as needed to moisturise and lubricate nasal passages — there is no fixed maximum, as this is a saline (non-medicated) product.

• When using in children, do not insert the nozzle beyond the natural flange of the nostril to avoid discomfort.

• Suitable for daily nasal moisture support during cold, flu season, allergy flare-ups or exposure to dry air.
