NeilMed Sinus Rinse – 60 Sachets is a comprehensive nasal irrigation system and kit designed to help manage and relieve nasal congestion, sinus pressure, irritation and allergy-related symptoms by flushing the nasal passages with a gentle, pH-balanced saline solution. The kit includes pharmaceutical-grade saline sachets (sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate) and a custom easy-squeeze bottle system that allows controlled delivery of the solution into the nasal cavities, helping to remove excess mucus, pollen, dust and other airborne irritants.

This drug-free, preservative-free nasal wash system is suitable for daily nasal hygiene or targeted relief during hayfever, colds, flu, rhinitis and post-nasal drip, and supports clearer breathing and improved comfort. The positive-pressure bottle lets users control flow and volume while standing upright, making the irrigation comfortable and effective

Prepare the solution: Fill the clean squeeze bottle with lukewarm distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water to the indicated line.

• Add one sachet: Open a single sachet and pour its contents into the bottle. Secure the cap and shake gently until dissolved.

• Rinse the nasal passages: Lean slightly forward over a sink, tilt your head to one side and place the bottle tip just inside the upper nostril. Gently squeeze the bottle to allow the saline to flow through the nasal passage and out the opposite nostril.

• Blow your nose gently to clear residual solution and mucus. Repeat on the other side.

• Frequency: Use once or twice daily as needed, or as advised by a clinician or pharmacist.

• Clean and air-dry the bottle, cap and tube after each use.

Note: Use only the sachets provided in the kit; do not substitute with homemade salt mixtures as incorrect concentrations can irritate nasal tissue.

Possible Side Effects
