Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream 30g is a Traditional Herbal Medicinal Product (THR) used for the symptomatic relief of bruises.

Formulated with Arnica montana tincture, this topical cream is traditionally used to help soothe and support recovery from minor soft tissue injuries such as bumps and bruising.

Arnicare Cream has a smooth, non-greasy texture that absorbs easily into the skin and is suitable for use at home or on the go.

This product is registered under the Traditional Herbal Registration (THR) scheme, based on traditional use only.

Directions:

1. Before first use, check that the tube seal is not broken and pierce the seal using the point in the top of the cap.
2. Wash and dry hands before and after application.
3. Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area up to 4 times a day or as required.
4. Gently rub the cream into the skin until absorbed.
5. Continue use for the recommended period unless directed otherwise by a healthcare professional.
