Nelsons Arnicare® Arnica Cream is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the symptomatic relief of bruises, based on traditional use only.
Formulated with Arnica montana tincture, this smooth, non-greasy cream is designed for external use after everyday knocks and bumps, helping to keep skin feeling comfortable while you recover. Supplied in a 50g tube.

How to Use
For external use only.
Directions
- Before first use, check the tube seal is not broken.
- Pierce the tube seal with the point in the top of the cap before use.
- Adults, the elderly and children: Apply to the affected area 4 times a day, as required.

Ingredients
Active ingredient
- Arnica whole plant tincture (Arnica montana L.) 9.0 mg per 1 g of cream (1:10), equivalent to 0.9 mg Arnica whole plant.
- Extraction solvent: Ethanol 57% v/v.
Other ingredients
Purified water; GMS A/S (glyceryl monostearate, macrogol stearate); apricot kernel oil; theobroma oil (cocoa butter); glycerol; Polawax GP 200 (cetostearyl alcohol, PEG-20 stearate); cetostearyl alcohol; cetyl palmitate; glyceryl monocaprylate; methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218); propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216).

Warnings
Do not use this medicine if:
- You are allergic to any of the ingredients or to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Special warnings and precautions
- For external use only. Keep away from eyes.
- Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
- If symptoms worsen or there is no benefit after two weeks, seek advice from a doctor, pharmacist or qualified healthcare practitioner.
Important ingredient information
- Contains cetostearyl alcohol, which may cause skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).
- Contains methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218) and propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), which may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).
Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. Some people may experience itching, rash, dry skin, or a skin reaction (e.g. contact dermatitis). If these occur, stop using the cream and consult a doctor, pharmacist or qualified healthcare practitioner.

Storage
- Do not store above 25°C. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
