Description
Otex® Express Combi Pack is a complete earwax removal kit designed to help soften, break down and safely remove hard or stubborn earwax. The pack contains Otex Express Ear Drops, which release active oxygen to penetrate compacted wax, and a rubber bulb syringe to gently flush loosened wax from the ear.
The Express formula can begin working within minutes, making it suitable for people experiencing blocked ears, reduced hearing, pressure or discomfort due to earwax build-up. The combination of drops and bulb provides an effective at-home solution when used as directed.

How to Use
Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
Step 1 – Use the ear drops
- Tilt the head and place a few drops into the affected ear.
- Leave in the ear for 3–5 minutes.
- A fizzing or crackling sound may be heard – this is normal.
Step 2 – Use the bulb syringe
- Fill the bulb with clean, lukewarm water.
- Gently squirt water into the ear canal.
- Allow the water and loosened wax to drain out.
- Repeat if necessary.
Frequency
- Use once or twice daily for up to 5 days.
If symptoms persist, seek advice from a pharmacist, GP or audiologist.
Ingredients
Active ingredient (ear drops):
- Urea hydrogen peroxide (releases hydrogen peroxide)
Other ingredients include:
Glycerol, 8-hydroxyquinoline sulphate.

- For use in the ear only.
- Do not use if:
- You have ear pain, discharge or infection
- You have a perforated eardrum
- You have had recent ear surgery, unless advised by a healthcare professional
- Not recommended for children under 12 years without medical advice.
Possible Side Effects
- Temporary fizzing or bubbling sensation
- Mild ear irritation or discomfort (usually short-lived)
Stop use and seek medical advice if pain, dizziness, rash or persistent irritation occurs.

- Keep all components clean and dry
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children
