Perspirex Extra Strength Antiperspirant Roll-On 20ml is a maximum-strength clinical antiperspirant designed for people experiencing severe or persistent excessive underarm sweating (hyperhidrosis) that has not responded to standard or lower-strength antiperspirants.

The advanced formulation works by temporarily blocking sweat ducts, significantly reducing perspiration when used as directed. Due to its strength, many users achieve effective sweat control with infrequent maintenance applications, making it suitable for longer-term management of severe sweating.

Always use this medicine exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as advised by a pharmacist.

Initial treatment phase:

• Apply at night, before going to bed
• Ensure underarms are clean, completely dry and unbroken
• Apply a thin, even layer using the roll-on
• Allow to dry fully before dressing
• Leave on overnight

The following morning:

• Wash off thoroughly with soap and water
• Do not reapply during the day

Maintenance use:

• Once sweating is controlled, reduce use to once or twice weekly, or as required to maintain control

Important usage advice:

• Do not apply to damp skin
• Do not use immediately after shaving (wait at least 24 hours)
• Use the lowest effective frequency
• For external use only

If excessive sweating does not improve or if irritation persists, seek advice from a pharmacist or GP.

• Due to the strength of this product, skin irritation is more likely, particularly during initial use
• If irritation, itching or burning occurs, stop use temporarily and resume once the skin has recovered

• Redness, itching, stinging or burning at the application site
• Skin irritation if applied too frequently or to damp skin
