QV Skin Lotion - 250ml

QV® Skin Lotion 250ml is a lightweight, fast-absorbing emollient moisturising lotion designed to help relieve and protect dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin. It is ideal for everyday use where skin needs frequent hydration without a heavy or greasy feel.

QV® Skin Lotion works by rehydrating the skin and supporting the natural skin barrier, helping to reduce moisture loss and relieve dryness, tightness and mild itching. Its lighter consistency makes it particularly suitable for daytime use, hairy areas, warmer climates, or for people who prefer a lotion rather than a cream or ointment.

The formulation is fragrance-free, colour-free and low-irritant, making it suitable for sensitive skin, including skin prone to eczema or dermatitis. It can be used on both the face and body and is suitable for adults, children and infants.

As a leave-on moisturiser:

• Apply liberally to affected areas.
• Use 2–3 times daily, or as often as required.

For best results:

• Apply after bathing or washing, while the skin is still slightly damp, to help lock in moisture.
• Smooth gently into the skin; avoid vigorous rubbing.

QV® Skin Lotion can be used regularly and alongside other prescribed treatments, unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.

Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into the eyes, rinse well with water.

• Aqua (Water) – base solvent for the lotion.
• Glycerin – humectant that draws and holds moisture in the skin.
• Petrolatum – emollient that helps form a protective barrier on the skin.
• C12‑15 Alkyl Benzoate – softening emollient.
• Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth‑20 & Steareth‑2 – emulsifiers and texture enhancers.
• Dimethicone – skin‑protective silicone.
• Glyceryl Stearate – emollient and emulsifier.
• Methylparaben & Propylparaben – preservatives.
• Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol, Polyacrylic Acid, Triethanolamine – supporting formulation aids.

Product characteristics:

• Fragrance‑free, colour‑free, lanolin‑free and propylene glycol‑free.
• Hypoallergenic and Vegan friendly (no animal‑derived ingredients).
• Non‑comedogenic (won’t block pores). 

Safety & Warnings:

• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Discontinue use and seek advice from a pharmacist or clinician if persistent irritation, redness or rash develops.
• Do not apply to broken, infected or open wounds unless advised by a healthcare professional.
• Store below 30 °C and keep the container tightly closed.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Paraffin‑based product warnings:

• As with many paraffin‑based emollients, residues can accumulate on clothing, bedding or dressings; these may increase flammability. Keep away from naked flames, cigarettes and heat sources, and wash fabrics regularly at a high temperature to remove build‑up.
