Scholl Advance Athlete's Foot Cream - 15g

Scholl Advance Athlete’s Foot Cream 15g is a topical antifungal medicine used to effectively treat athlete’s foot (tinea pedis). It helps relieve common symptoms such as itching, redness, soreness, cracking and scaling, while treating the underlying fungal infection.

The cream contains terbinafine, a broad-spectrum antifungal that works by killing the fungus responsible for the infection, rather than just slowing its growth. This allows for a short treatment course, with many infections responding to once-daily use.

Scholl Advance Athlete’s Foot Cream is commonly recommended in pharmacy practice for:

• Athlete’s foot between the toes or on the sole of the foot
• Mild to moderate fungal infections of the feet
• Rapid symptom relief with a short treatment duration

Always use this medicine exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as advised by a pharmacist.

Directions for use:

• Wash and dry the affected area thoroughly before application
• Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin and surrounding area
• Use once daily, preferably at the same time each day
• Rub in gently until absorbed

Duration of treatment:

• Use for 7 days
• Continue for the full course, even if symptoms improve earlier

Important usage advice:

• Wash hands after application (unless treating the hands)
• Keep feet clean and dry during treatment
• Avoid sharing towels, socks or footwear

If symptoms do not improve within 7 days, seek advice from a pharmacist or GP.

Do not use Scholl Advance Athlete’s Foot Cream:

• If you are allergic to terbinafine or any of the ingredients

• Do not swallow
• Not recommended for children under 16 years of age

Possible side effects:

• Mild burning, itching or redness at the application site
• Skin irritation or dryness

Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation, swelling or rash occurs.

When to seek medical advice:

• If the infection worsens or spreads
• If there is no improvement after 7 days
• If you have diabetes, poor circulation or immune system problems
