Seven Seas Pregnancy is a complete pregnancy food supplement designed to support women throughout pregnancy with a balanced combination of essential vitamins, minerals, advanced folic acid and Omega-3 DHA. This dual-form pack offers both 28 multivitamin tablets and 28 Omega-3 capsules, providing a one-month supply of important nutrients at key daily doses.

This formula goes beyond basic pregnancy vitamins by combining Omega-3 DHA, which contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus, with folate at 400 µg — provided as folic acid and L-methylfolate to help meet UK Department of Health recommendations for early pregnancy. In addition, it includes iron for red blood cell formation, zinc and vitamin D for immune support, magnesium to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and B-vitamins to support energy release.
