1. Gently blow your nose before use.

2. Remove the protective cap from the spray bottle.

3. Hold the bottle upright.

4. Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril.

5. Close the other nostril with a finger.

6. Breathe in gently through your nose while pressing the spray pump once.

7. Repeat in the other nostril if required.

8. Wipe the nozzle clean after use and replace the cap.

Dosage:

• Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 1–2 sprays into each nostril every 10–12 hours as needed.

• Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours.

• Do not use continuously for more than 7 days unless advised by a healthcare professional.
