Sterimar Hypertonic Congestion Relief – 50ml is a natural nasal spray designed to help rapidly relieve blocked nose and sinus congestion associated with colds, flu, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis.

The spray contains hypertonic (concentrated) filtered sea water, which works by drawing excess fluid out of the swollen nasal lining. This natural osmotic action helps reduce nasal swelling, clear mucus and restore easier breathing without the use of medicated decongestants.
