Vicks First Defence Nasal Spray – 15 ml is a clinically proven nasal spray designed to help stop colds before they fully develop when used at the very first signs of a cold, such as a tickly throat, sneezing or runny nose.

Unlike decongestant sprays, Vicks First Defence works by forming a protective barrier in the nose, where cold viruses typically enter the body. It helps to trap, inactivate and remove cold viruses, reducing their ability to multiply and spread.

The spray is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over and can be used alongside other cold remedies if symptoms progress. For best results, it should be used as soon as cold symptoms appear.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• At the first signs of a cold, spray 2–3 times into each nostril, up to 4 times daily.
• Gently blow the nose after application to help remove viruses.
• Continue use for up to 4 days.
