BetterYou Boost Daily Vitamin B12 Oral Spray is a fast-absorbing sublingual spray providing a high daily dose of vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) — the most biologically active form used in human metabolism — designed to support key aspects of daily health including energy production, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal nervous system function, psychological (cognitive) function, red blood cell formation and immune system activity.

This convenient oral spray delivers nutrients directly into the bloodstream via the buccal membranes, bypassing the gastrointestinal tract where absorption can be inefficient. Sprays are flavoured with natural apricot and suitable for vegetarians and vegans, as well as individuals who prefer not to swallow tablets or capsules.

Pack Size: 25 ml bottle (contains approx. ~160 sprays).

Daily Dose Strength: 1,200 µg vitamin B12 per 4-spray dose. 

Directions:

• Adults (and children aged 12 years and over): Use 4 sprays once daily as a single dose or spread throughout the day.

• Shake well before use. Press the pump 3 times initially to prime before first use.

• Spray directly into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek and hold for a few seconds to allow absorption.

• No need to take with food or water; can be used at any time that fits your daily routine.
