Directions for use:

• Hold your baby or child upright or lay them on their back with the head tilted slightly to one side
• Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril
• Press briefly to release a fine mist
• Allow excess solution to drain out
• Wipe the nose gently and repeat in the other nostril

Frequency:

• Use as often as required, particularly before feeding or sleep

• Clean the nozzle after each use
• Do not insert the nozzle deeply into the nostril
• Do not share the spray between users
