Calpol Sugar Free Suspension 2+ Sachets are a paracetamol-based medicine used to provide effective relief from pain and fever in children aged 2 years and over. Each sachet contains a pre-measured dose of strawberry-flavoured liquid paracetamol, making it ideal for use at home or when travelling.

This sugar-free formulation is designed to be gentle on the stomach and suitable for children who require a sugar-free medicine. Calpol Sugar Free Suspension helps relieve common childhood symptoms including:

• Fever (high temperature)
• Headache
• Toothache
• Sore throat
• Earache
• Aches and pains associated with colds and flu

Suitable for: Children aged 2 years and over

Always use this medicine exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as advised by a pharmacist or GP.

Dosage (based on age):

• Children aged 2–3 years:
• One sachet, up to 4 times in 24 hours
• Children aged 4–6 years:
• One to two sachets, up to 4 times in 24 hours
• Children aged 6–8 years:
• Two sachets, up to 4 times in 24 hours

Administration:

• Tear open the sachet and give the contents directly from the sachet
• Can be given with or without food

Important dosing advice:

• Leave at least 4 hours between doses
• Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours
• Do not use for more than 3 days without medical advice

Active ingredient:

• Paracetamol 250mg per sachet

Other ingredients include:

• Maltitol liquid
• Glycerol
• Xanthan gum
• Strawberry flavouring
• Purified water

Important warnings:
