Cetraben 3-in-1 Ointment - 450g

Cetraben® 3-in-1 Ointment 450g is a highly intensive emollient ointment designed to help manage very dry, cracked and eczema-prone skin. It is suitable for a wide range of dry skin conditions including eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and ichthyosis, as well as severe dryness caused by frequent washing, cold weather or ageing skin.

Cetraben® 3-in-1 Ointment provides three essential benefits in one product:

• Moisturises dry skin as a leave-on emollient
• Cleanses the skin as a soap substitute
• Protects the skin barrier by locking in moisture

The rich ointment base forms a long-lasting protective barrier on the skin, helping to prevent moisture loss and soothe itching, irritation and redness. It is particularly beneficial during flare-ups, for night-time use, or on areas of very dry skin such as hands, feet, elbows and knees.

The formulation is fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin, including use by adults, children and infants. The large 450g size makes it ideal for regular, long-term and family use.

As a leave-on moisturiser:

• Apply generously to affected areas.
• Use 2–3 times daily, or as often as required.

As a soap substitute:

• Apply to wet skin instead of soap.
• Wash gently and rinse off with water.

For best results:

• Apply regularly, especially after bathing or washing while the skin is still slightly damp.
• Smooth gently into the skin; do not rub vigorously.

Cetraben® 3-in-1 Ointment can be used alongside other prescribed treatments, unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.

Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into the eyes, rinse well with water.

Important Safety Information:

• For external use only. Do not ingest.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Do not use on broken, infected, severely cracked or bleeding skin without medical advice.
• This product contains paraffin; clothing, bedding or dressings that have been in contact with this ointment may be highly flammable. Avoid naked flames, cigarettes and heat sources while ointment is on skin or fabric; wash fabrics regularly at a high temperature to reduce paraffin build‑up.
• If irritation, redness or rash develops, discontinue use and consult a pharmacist or doctor.

Storage:

• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Store in a cool, dry place below 25 °C and do not use after the expiry date.

• Using Cetraben Ointment during pregnancy or breastfeeding is unlikely to have ill effects when used as directed; if unsure, consult a healthcare professional.
