Hydromol Ointment - 125g

Hydromol® Ointment 125g is a very rich, intensive emollient ointment designed to help manage very dry, cracked and eczema-prone skin. It is particularly suitable for people with eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, ichthyosis, and other severe dry skin conditions where maximum skin protection and long-lasting moisturisation are required.

Hydromol® Ointment works by forming a strong occlusive barrier over the skin, helping to lock in moisture and prevent water loss. This barrier effect helps to soothe itching, reduce redness and irritation, and improve skin softness and flexibility. Due to its high oil content, it is especially beneficial during flare-ups, for night-time use, or on very dry areas such as hands, feet and elbows.

The formulation is fragrance-free and preservative-free, making it suitable for sensitive and eczema-prone skin. It can be used on both the face and body, and is suitable for adults, children and infants when used as directed. The 125g size is convenient for personal use or travel.

As a leave-on emollient:

• Apply generously to the affected areas.
• Use 2–3 times daily, or as often as required.

For best results:

• Apply after bathing or washing, while the skin is still slightly damp, to help seal in moisture.
• Smooth gently into the skin in the direction of hair growth.

Hydromol® Ointment can also be used as a soap substitute for washing dry skin, if advised by a healthcare professional.

• Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into the eyes, rinse well with water.
