Cura-Heat Max Size – 2 Patches are extra-large, air-activated heat patches designed to provide targeted warming relief over a larger area of the lower back, making them suitable for people who want heat therapy across a broader area and may suffer from acute back pain.
The heat radiates through to the source of pain to help:
- decrease stiffness
- improve mobility
- relax tense, aching muscles
Heat duration: up to 12 hours of heat, with comfort that may continue after removal.

How to Use
Always read and follow the instructions on the pack.
- Open the sachet by hand (do not cut with scissors) and remove the heat patch.
- Unfold/flatten the patch and evenly spread the contents (do not knead).
- Peel away the backing strip and adhere to the outside of clothing/underwear on the back area at the source of pain.
- The patch is air-activated and warms up gradually (often reaching optimal warmth within about 30 minutes).
- Wear for up to 12 hours only. Do not use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period.
- To remove, peel off slowly. Dispose of in household waste. Single use only.

Ingredients
Cura-Heat Max Size patches contain: Iron, activated carbon (charcoal) and water (these react with oxygen in the air to produce heat).
Side Effects & Warnings
Heat patches can cause skin irritation or burns if used incorrectly. Check the area regularly and remove immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot or irritation occurs.
Do not use
- While sleeping.
- With other heat sources or heating devices.
- On children aged 12 years and under.
- On broken, irritated, bruised, inflamed or swollen skin, or over open wounds.
- If you are unable to remove the patch yourself (for example, if you may not notice overheating).
- If the patch is damaged (cut/torn) or if contents leak.
- In conjunction with creams/rubs/lotions/sprays applied to the same area.

If contents are swallowed or get into eyes
