Description
Daktarin® Intensive Cream 2% – 15g is a high-strength antifungal cream designed to treat stubborn fungal skin infections, particularly athlete’s foot, while providing fast relief from itching, redness, soreness and inflammation.
Containing miconazole nitrate 2%, this intensive formulation works by killing the fungus responsible for infection and helping to prevent it from spreading. The concentrated strength allows for effective treatment with a once-daily application, making it a convenient option for persistent or hard-to-treat fungal infections.
The cream absorbs well into the skin and is suitable for use on the feet and other affected areas as directed.

How to Use
- Wash and thoroughly dry the affected area before use.
- Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin and surrounding area.

Continue treatment for the full recommended course, even if symptoms improve earlier, to help prevent recurrence. Treatment duration is typically up to 4 weeks, depending on the infection.

Side Effects & Warnings

- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- Do not use on broken or infected skin unless advised by a healthcare professional.
- Do not use if you are allergic to miconazole nitrate or any of the other ingredients.
Possible side effects may include mild burning, stinging, redness or irritation at the site of application. These effects are usually mild and temporary. If severe irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, stop using the product and seek medical advice.
If there is no improvement after the recommended treatment period, or if the infection returns frequently, seek advice from a pharmacist or GP.
