These odourless, self-adhesive patches warm up after opening (air-activated) and provide long-lasting heat to help relax tight muscles and reduce stiffness.

How to Use
Always read and follow the pack instructions.
Directions
- Apply only to clean, dry skin.
- Open the plastic packet only when ready to use (air-activated).
- Remove the protective film and apply the patch to the affected area with the adhesive side onto the skin or clothing.
- Delicate or ageing skin: apply the adhesive side to clothing rather than directly to skin.
- Do not bandage over the patch.
- Do not cut, massage, fold or wet the patch.
- Wear for up to 8 hours (maximum 8 hours in any 24-hour period).
- To remove, slowly peel off. Dispose in normal household waste. Single use only.
Do not attempt to reheat (do not use an oven or microwave).
If symptoms don’t improve, seek advice from a pharmacist or doctor.

Deep Heat Back Patch contains: Iron powder, Activated Charcoal, Vermiculite, Potassium Chloride, Water.
Side Effects & Warnings
Important
All heat products can cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Stop use if the patch becomes uncomfortably hot or if skin sensitivity occurs.
Do not use
- On broken, infected or inflamed skin
- While asleep or with prolonged pressure against the patch
- In infants/children or anyone unable to remove the patch on their own
- With other skin medications (e.g., rubs/creams) or other heat sources
- If the patch is damaged or torn
- For more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period
Speak to a doctor before use if
You are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage, or a skin condition.
Safety if swallowed or leakage occurs
- For external use only. Do not ingest (contents can be harmful). If swallowed, seek immediate medical help.
- If patch contents come into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek urgent advice.
