Dulcolax® Suppositories for Children 5mg are a stimulant laxative used for the short-term relief of constipation in children.

Containing bisacodyl, Dulcolax® works by gently stimulating the bowel muscles to encourage a bowel movement. When used rectally, it acts locally and quickly, typically producing results within 15–60 minutes.

These suppositories are suitable for children who require fast relief from constipation, particularly when oral laxatives are not suitable or have not been effective. Dulcolax® Children’s Suppositories are intended for occasional use only.

• Remove the suppository from the foil wrapper.
• Insert one suppository gently into the rectum, pointed end first.
• The child should remain lying or seated for a short time to allow it to work.
